Schematic Design - Create plans and elevations synthesizing interior and exterior considerations. Start to contemplate materials and fixtures.

Design Development - Determine dimensions, guide the client through selection of specific materials, fixtures, windows, and doors. Coordinate with outside consultants.

Construction Documents  - Oversee the production of drawings which instruct the contractors, and become the basis for the building permit.

Construction Observation - Visit the building site to insure the documents are being followed, verify contractors’ progress, and work to solve unanticipated conditions.
